Service Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run independent garage located in Maidenhead, Berkshire. This Service Advisor position offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals aiming to progress within the automotive industry in a busy, customer-focused environment. The successful individual will play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer service while supporting workshop operations.

Competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Duties of a Service Advisor:

Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously
Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries efficiently
Book and manage service appointments aligned with workshop capacity
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation as a Service Advisor
Liaise with the workshop and technical team to facilitate smooth workflow
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the service journey

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the motor trade or a similar industry
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional and approachable demeanour
Familiarity with Kerridge or similar dealership management systems is advantageous
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and well-organised with a proactive attitude
