Welcome & Service Team Member x 2 - Maidenhead Summary As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit. Salary: 13.25 per hour Contract/duration:
Fixed Term ending 28th February 2027 Hours/working pattern:
This is a zero-hour contract, meaning we can’t guarantee a set number of hours each week . While we aim to provide a consistent work pattern, flexibility is needed as schedules may change based on business needs. We’ll try to give as much notice as possible. The role includes weekends and Bank Holidays but does not require evening or split shifts.

But will be 2-3 days a week. We require you to have a full UK driving licence For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. The iconic estate with a luxury hotel, beautiful gardens and riverside setting offers family-friendly events operating all year round. We welcome over half a million visitors, making this property a busy location with a wide range of opportunities for growth. There is always plenty to do at the 375-acre estate, with refurbishment of the famous Long Garden among recent projects, and ambitious plans to upgrade the visitor infrastructure.

There are a series of impressive formal gardens giving way to serene woodland walks, all with far reaching views and an abundance of nature changing throughout the seasons. Not far from London, the location is wonderfully rural, so you'll need your own transport to get here. What you'll be doing You’ll have a key role is supporting the operational need of the site.

Aswell as meeting the needs and expectations of the large volume of visitors. You will be a role model and champion for the Trust’s values, ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued. You’ll help to set the overall direction for how people experience a visit to Cliveden, aiming for the highest standards in presentation and customer service. You’ll be part of a large, high performing team of other Welcome and Service Team Members managed by a Visitor Operations Manager and 2 Welcome and service assistant Managers.

No two days will be the same. Our busiest times are usually at weekends and Bank Holidays so you will be required to work weekends regularly.
