We're partnering with a leading property services firm to find a Resident Services Assistant for a BTR scheme over 200 apartments in Brighton. This customer-focused role sits at the heart of the resident experience, combining front-of-house service, resident engagement, lettings support and property administration. You'll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, helping create a welcoming community while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the building.

Working as part of a close-knit onsite team, you'll deliver excellent customer service, coordinate maintenance issues, support lettings activity and help maintain high standards across the development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a first-class front-of-house experience for residents, visitors and contractors Manage resident enquiries via phone, email and in person, ensuring a high standard of customer service Act as the first point of contact for maintenance requests, coordinating follow-up with contractors and internal teams Support lettings activity, including enquiries, apartment viewings, check-ins and tenant onboarding Support resident communications, community engagement initiatives and onsite events Conduct regular building inspections, identifying and escalating any health, safety or security concerns Maintain accurate records across property management and compliance systems Your Requirements:

Experience with in BTR, PBSA, residential property, hospitality, customer service or another resident-facing environment Excellent customer service, communication and relationship-building skills Experience handling enquiries, complaints and service requests Strong administrative and organisational skills with good attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently or as part of a team Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems What's On
