Customer Supply Manager

Customer Supply Manager - 12-Month Contract Maidenhead | Hybrid - three days per week in the office £200-£250 per day, including holiday pay We're recruiting a hands-on Customer Supply Manager for an FMCG business undergoing significant operational change. You'll help protect customer service through a warehouse move, product range changes and an ERP transition. The role Working closely with Commercial, Logistics and Customer Service, you'll be the link between major retail customers and internal teams.

You'll attend customer meetings alongside Commercial colleagues, explain upcoming changes and coordinate the actions needed to maintain service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating customer communications and stock-build plans, tracking progress and resolving issues.
* Supporting ERP testing, drawing on your understanding of customer service and order-processing operations.
* Documenting clear procedures and helping colleagues adopt new processes and systems.
* Providing practical support during system cutover and after go-live, keeping disruption to a minimum. About you You'll have a customer service or customer supply background within FMCG, food or drink, with direct experience managing relationships with major grocery retailers or discounters. Confident customer communication, a process-focused approach and strong practical Excel skills are essential. You'll understand order-processing operations, be comfortable documenting procedures and take ownership in a changing environment where processes are still being built.

SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience would be useful, but neither is essential. Previous transformation experience is not required: this is a hands-on operational specialist role working alongside project managers, rather than a project management position. UK customer and warehouse visits form part of the role, with possible weekend support during cutovers. Apply with your CV, highlighting your retailer-facing experience and availability.
