1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant/Support Staff Opportunities
Supply Desk, in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council, is looking for passionate and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team. We offer excellent support roles across Buckinghamshire County, with competitive pay rates of £85 - 100 per day and flexible working hours.

Requirements- Experience in a support role within an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge of special educational needs and strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, learning disabilities, and other SEN needs
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and behavioural management skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful, positive relationships with students and staff
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different school settings and SEN environments
