A well‑resourced secondary school is recruiting a Science Technician / Science Support professional to provide practical and classroom support within the Science department.

This role is particularly suited to candidates with a science background who are working towards QTS and are interested in progressing into a Science teaching role in the future.

• Prepare and organise science practicals
• Support teachers during laboratory‑based lessons
• Maintain equipment and ensure lab safety standards
• Assist with classroom activities where required

• Science graduate or experienced science support staff
• Interest in progressing into teaching
• Strong understanding of health and safety
• Organised and proactive approach
