Are you a qualified MFL Teacher or MFL Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity in a secondary school in Maidenhead
?

Academics Ltd is working in partnership with an outstanding secondary school in Windsor to appoint a passionate and committed MFL Teacher to join their team from April
. This role is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) seeking their first teaching position.

We are looking for a fully qualified teacher (
QTS required
) who is enthusiastic about MFL, demonstrates strong classroom practice, and has high expectations for student achievement.

• Be passionate about their subject and deliver high-quality teaching with excellent classroom management
• Plan and deliver engaging, interactive MFL lessons for students of all abilities
• Show an interest in the science of learning and a commitment to continuous professional development
• Demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills and work effectively as part of a team
• Bring energy, vision, and commitment to all aspects of school life
• Have a genuine desire to make a positive difference to students' lives and future opportunities

• A degree in MFL or a related subject
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE and/or QTS)
• Strong knowledge of the English curriculum
• Experience using online teaching platforms
  
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
