• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and keep them involved in their children’s learning.
• Embed and role‑model our safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing standards across your room.

• Previous experience with children in an educational setting (preferably as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, or early years educator).
• For Baby Room Managers, previous experience working with children under 2.
• Experience in leading and coaching a team.
• A background in delivering consistent and exceptional customer service.
• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a commitment to remain compliant.
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training with a willingness to update it regularly.
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A positive, glass‑half‑full outlook.
• Bags of drive and motivation with a ‘make it happen’ attitude.
• A solid decision‑maker able to support and achieve our Wildly Important Goals (WIGs).
