Learning Support Assistant – Schools
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Schools team at the Berkshire College of Agriculture Campus. This part‑time position requires working 28 hours per week for a total of 38 weeks per year. The successful candidate can expect a work pattern of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 08:30 am to 15:30 pm. The role pays between G16 £ 15,556.29 and G19 £ 17,290.22 on the Support Pay Scale G (£24,098 to £26,784 FTE).
Responsibilities- Provide support to students referred from local schools with a variety of SEN requirements.
- Deliver one‑to‑one, small group or full classroom support as needed.
- Assist in the delivery of a structured and planned learning support programme, enabling students to access the curriculum and engage in all aspects of college life.
