Key responsibilities for the Graduate Learning Support Assistant include:

Supporting positive behaviour and learning in the classroom
Helping pupils understand and follow the teacher's instructions
Working 1:1 with students or in small groups, either in the classroom or within the Learning Support department
Monitoring and recording pupils' progress and development
