• Provide tailored support to children with a variety of special educational needs, both one‑on‑one and in small group settings
• Work closely with the class teacher to implement and adapt individual learning programmes
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere to encourage both academic and personal growth
• Adjust resources and teaching strategies to suit each pupil's learning style and requirements

• A kind, empathetic individual who is committed to improving outcomes for children with SEN
• Prior experience in a school or similar educational setting is beneficial, though not essential
