Clinical Practice Educator

We are looking to appoint a talented and experienced Clinical Educator to join our Learning & Development team supporting the professional development of clinical staff, including the inpatient and community teams with some crossover of people and interpersonal skills being developed and delivered to our non-clinical colleagues.

You will support the delivery of multi-disciplinary programmes, delivering exceptional service by developing, implementing and evaluating educational and developmental activities.

Thames Hospice is an independent adult hospice with a beautiful 28 bed hospice at Bray Lake in Maidenhead with views of the lake and state of the art facilities.

We support people aged 16 and over who are living with life-limiting conditions such as cancer, neurological conditions, and organ failure, by combining specialist medical care for managing pain and other symptoms with other emotional, practical and spiritual support. We provide care on our Inpatient Services wings, and also virtually and in person through our community hub and in peoples home through our Hospice at Home service.
