As an MLD Assistant , you will:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with MLD. Help students develop confidence, independence, and communication skills. Support students with their learning and day-to-day activities. Encourage positive behaviour, participation, and social development. Adapt support to suit individual learning needs and abilities. Work closely with teachers and support staff to help students achieve their goals. We're looking for an MLD Assistant who is:
Patient, compassionate, and supportive. Confident communicating with young people. Passionate about supporting students with additional needs.
