A fantastic Secondary SEN School in Maidenhead is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team. This role would suit graduates, aspiring teachers, those with experience working with young people, or anyone looking to build a career supporting children and young people with behavioural and emotional needs.
Job Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 support to students who require additional behavioural and emotional support.
Support students in managing their behaviour and developing positive coping strategies.
* Assist with small-group activities both inside and outside the classroom.
* Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to implement individual support strategies.
* Help students develop positive relationships, communication skills, and emotional regulation.
