As a Test Engineer
, you’ll play a key role in ensuring electronic assemblies and PCBAs meet the highest quality standards before reaching customers. The successful Test Engineer will work closely with production and engineering teams to support testing, diagnostics and process improvements across the site.

• Testing PCBAs, assemblies and finished electronic products
• Diagnosing faults down to component level
• Operating and maintaining test equipment and functional test systems
• Recording and analysing test data accurately
• Supporting troubleshooting activities across production
• Reading and interpreting schematics, drawings and technical documentation
• Supporting continuous improvement and NPI activities
• Maintaining high standards within the test area

• Previous experience as a Test Engineer within electronics manufacturing or an EMS environment
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic experience
• Ability to interpret schematics and circuit diagrams
• Experience using electronic test equipment such as ICT, JTAG or functional testing systems
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and quality‑focused approach

• Salary up to £37,000 depending on experience

  Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
  Friday: 08:00 – 13:00
