FP&A Manager | PE Backed

We're looking for a bright and ambitious FP&A Manager to join an international business with operations in 10+ countries. The company is PE-backed and enters 2026 with a lot of exciting plans. This role is central to the finance team leading this.

You'll be in an existing FP&A team now as a Manager or be looking to step up from Analyst level. You'll love improving processes and making a real difference to the company you are in. A background in audit is highly preferred, but we're open to seeing a range of backgrounds.

• Producing monthly reporting packs for management business review meetings and board meetings
• Producing weekly trading packs
• Owning assigned Group financial planning and forecast processes and supporting on others
• Coordinating with regional Finance Directors and their teams to ensure consistent reporting and alignment
• Providing deep dive cost analysis and partnering cross-functionally to identify and drive cost efficiencies
• Supporting the implementation of key initiatives within Finance (e.g. new ERP roll out)
• Supporting the department with commercial reporting and initiatives
• Other tasks as required
