Job Description ## About the Role This is a newly created finance partnering role supporting senior Technology leaders across a large EMEA operation. The position exists to strengthen financial governance, improve cost discipline, and support better investment decisions across IT.You will act as the financial partner to Technology leadership, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the IT function.

The role is intended to help maximise technology spend and ensure investment delivers clear business value.

The scope is broad and commercially focused, covering cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, and vendor-related spend. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute directly to financial accountability across the function.##

Key Responsibilities – Partner with Technology leadership to manage and optimise IT spend across EMEA.  – Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the IT function.  – Produce management reporting, variance analysis, and financial models.  – Support business cases and assess investment decisions using commercial insight.  – Build cost transparency frameworks and financial governance processes.  – Coach senior stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial accountability.  

– Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and improve return on investment.  – Apply Fin Ops best practice across cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, and vendor management.## Required Skills– Experience as a Finance Analyst, Finance Business Partner, or Financial Controller.  – Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skills.  – Experience managing technology or IT-related expenditure.  – Understanding of cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, and vendor cost structures.  

– Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills.  – Strong stakeholder management skills.  – Ability to influence senior leaders and work cross-functionally.## Preferred Skills– SAP S/4

HANA experience.  – Exposure to Fin Ops principles or IT financial management.  – Experience building cost transparency or governance frameworks.## Cloud Platforms & Technologies–   Cloud Providers:
