The role spans pre-completion planning through Day 1 cutover and the first 12 months post-close, coordinating with HR, Tax, Treasury, and Group FP&A to deliver a controlled, cost‑effective integration.
You will convert the synergy plan into detailed, costed, and time‑phased action plans, ensuring sequencing across the finance function and embedding RWS's financial control environment
