Associate Director, Continuous Improvement Initiatives & Process Management

Lead the implementation, evaluation, and continual processes improvement team for R&D.

• Support implementation of value‑add, cost‑saving and productivity initiatives to maximize R&D investment; provide project leadership for such initiatives where appropriate (matrix teams and FSP).
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Cross‑R&D business issues resolution team and Business Partners Network to deliver the strategic initiatives selected by RDLT (matrix organization and FSP).
• Provide secondary support for cross‑R&D business related issues.
• Oversee audit implementation, analysis and follow‑up.
• Coordinate BAR/AAR COE (Before and After‑Action Reviews).
• Act as R&D new training liaison.

• 10+ years in R&D operations or business support.
• Strong coordination and cross‑functional team experience.
• Data‑driven process improvement expertise.
• Established project management experience.
• Working knowledge of drug research, development and manufacturing processes in pharmaceuticals.

• Bachelor’s degree in science, operations, business‑related field.
