Female Complex Care HCA​/RN – Night Shifts

Position: Female Complex Care HCA / RN – Night Shifts
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Female HCA or Registered Nurse (RN) to support a client with complex respiratory needs within a home setting in the Berkshire area.

This is a night role requiring strong clinical confidence in tracheostomy and ventilation support.

Clinical Overview

The client requires:

* Tracheostomy care (in situ)

* Ventilation support

* Chest management

* Gastrostomy feeding

Clinical Skills Required (Essential)

* Tracheostomy suctioning

* Ventilator management

* Cough assist

* PEG / Nutricia feed pump management

* Secretion management

* Recognition and escalation of respiratory deterioration

* Safe medication administration

Candidates must be confident managing airway care independently overnight.

Requirements

* Female carer (package requirement)

* Driver with full UK licence

* Minimum 12 months complex care experience (HCA)

* Active NMC registration (if applying as RN)

* Experience in respiratory and ventilated patients

* Calm and observant during night shifts
