You'll manage a complex caseload, delivering tailored rehabilitation to adults and older adults with multi-pathologiesand frailty. Using advanced clinical reasoning, specialist manual skills, and collaborative goal-setting,you'llhelpmaximise potential,regain independence and transition successfully to the community.

Main duties of the jobTobe responsible forthe physiotherapy management ofa complex and varied rehabilitation caseload in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team.
To provide highly skilled specialist assessments, implementation and evaluation of individualised evidence-based treatments with a view to collaboratively maximise potential, regain independence and transition successfully to the community.
To work alongside the multidisciplinary team, serviceusersandfamilies to produce measurable and individualised rehabilitation goalsand care plans.
To supervise and inspire students, multi therapy assistants and registered staffwith support from your team lead and partner universities.
Toparticipatein self and team development, including supervisions,in servicetrainings,appraisal sand informal/formal teaching.

The must haves for this role
Qualifications/Training
Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
HCPC registration
Previous Experience
Relevant inpatient experience atBand 5 or Band 6.
Experience supervising students,assistantsor registered staff.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Clinical knowledge and skill in relevant areas which could include orthopaedics, neurology, care of the elderly, vascular.
Ability to manageown caseload independently andascertainof responsibility,prioritise and delegate.
Ability to communicate complex and sensitive information where there may have been a barrier to understanding.
Demonstrates a flexible and adaptable approach to working.
Good levelof computer literacy
Additional Requirements
- Holdsa fulldriverslicense and have access to a vehicle for use for work purposes.
