We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic Conference and Banqueting Assistant to support our Conference and Banqueting Management team by taking responsibility for allocated areas in Conference & Banqueting.

Responsibilities
  • Follow instructions given by Conference & Banqueting Management or senior staff.
  • Ensure Food & Beverage is served according to hotel standards and in the required time according to the Function Sheets.
  • Manage your time and productivity whilst at work.
  • Attend briefings and departmental meetings.
  • Show flexibility and teamwork, carrying out additional tasks as instructed and by reasonable request from the leadership team.
  • Maximise customer satisfaction and exceed guest expectations at all opportunities.
  • Respond to special requests positively.
