OverviewExabeam is a global cybersecurity leader in a phase of rapid growth and we are looking for a talented and driven Recruiter to join our team. You will be instrumental in scaling our organization across all regions . This is an exciting opportunity to act as a strategic partner to the business managing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
You will be a key player in finding and hiring the talent that will shape the future of Exabeam .
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across technical and non-technical teams (e.g. Sales Marketing Engineering Customer Success).
- Act as a strategic partner and talent advisor to hiring managers providing guidance on best practices from the initial role kick-off to onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of diverse high-caliber candidates.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience ensuring every applicant has a positive and professional interaction with Exabeam.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) and other recruiting tools to manage candidate progression and report on key hiring metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Contribute to recruiting projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our processes and strengthening our employer brand
- A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally within a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for a diverse set of corporate functions (e.g. sales marketing engineering G&A).
- Expertise in direct sourcing and building talent pipelines using tools like Linked In Recruiter and other creative methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and influence hiring managers.
- Experience managing a busy pipeline of roles in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
Jobvite is a strong plus. - Prior agency recruiting experience is highly desirable.
