- Lead HR professional services delivery across the UK and Ireland
- Partner with Global Business Services and Centres of Excellence

- Coordinate annual benefits renewals and implementation
- Manage statutory and voluntary HR disclosures and reporting
- Partner with Employee Resource Groups to promote inclusion and engagement
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, industrial/organizational psychology, business, or a related field
- Relevant experience in an HR Advisor, Associate, Manager, or consulting role supporting multiple locations and/or functions
- Strong generalist HR knowledge and current employment-law awareness
- Experience supporting grievances, performance improvement plans, redundancies, and disciplinaries
- Ability to document processes clearly and create practical guidance
- Experience applying process improvement and governance principles
- Experience managing employee relations matters and advising leaders
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical capability for translating data into actionable insights
- Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across projects
Demonstrates expertise in HR generalist functions, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment law. Proven ability to lead HR service delivery, support organizational change, and provide actionable insights through data analysis.
