Since 2004, we’ve built a loyal global community of watch enthusiasts by fostering meaningful connections and engaging directly and authentically with our customers. As pioneers of the direct-to-consumer model in luxury watchmaking, we’ve always placed authenticity, transparency, and community at the heart of everything we do.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM & Digital Content Executive to support our Digital team in delivering engaging CRM campaigns and website content. Day to day, you’ll brief creatives on email and web designs, build and deliver BAU email campaigns, and report on performance to continually optimise the customer experience and grow the database.

Ideally, you’ll have some experience within a marketing function, but just as important is a proactive mindset and confidence in your communication. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and you’ll be supported by a collaborative and encouraging team as you grow.

You’ll report directly to the CRM & Digital Content Manager, and you’ll also work cross-functionally with a range of global teams, including Operations, Customer Service, Merchandise, and Showrooms, to support the effective delivery of digital and CRM activity across the business.

This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is keen to learn, develop their digital skills, and gain hands‑on experience across CRM and digital content.

CRM
  • Support the briefing, building, and scheduling of BAU email campaigns, ensuring high attention to detail through thorough testing and quality checks.
  • Contribute ideas for creative development, A/B testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with audience segmentation, customer data management, and ongoing database hygiene.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, analysing trends and supporting recommendations to help optimise results.
  • Support the CRM & Digital Content Manager with the delivery and optimisation of CRM flows and automations across key lifecycle stages.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Merchandise, and Showrooms teams to connect CRM activity across the business and improve processes through digital solutions.
  • Support the CRM & Digital Content Manager with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data regulation compliance.
Digital Content
  • Manage day-to-day website content updates via the CMS (Contentful), working closely with developers where required.
  • Support product launches and campaign content publishing, working with wider teams to deliver content in line with product and marketing calendars.
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
  • Carry out regular digital QA audits to maintain a high-quality, premium website experience.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Merchandise, and Showrooms teams to optimise the digital experience across all areas of the website.
Required

Skills & Experience:
  • 1‑2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to CRM or email marketing (including internships or graduate roles).
  • A foundational understanding of CRM and e‑commerce, and how digital channels support the customer journey.
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and support reporting on key insights and recommendations.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, with the ability to make simple edits or troubleshoot issues.
  • Basic understanding of designing for digital channels, including email and web.
  • Strong attention to detail, with high standards for accuracy, quality, and consistency in your own work.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to brief creatives and collaborate with stakeholders across wider teams.
  • Good organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A proactive, agile, and hands‑on approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred, but not essential:
  • Experience using CRM or email marketing platforms (Preferably Klaviyo).
  • Experience working with a CMS (e.g. Contentful, Word Press).
  • Experience with design systems (e.g Figma, Photoshop).
  • Experience in luxury goods (e.g watches / jewellery) would be beneficial.
