Techtronic Industries EMEA is looking for a Junior Helpdesk Support Technician to provide second line IT support from our headquarters in Maidenhead. You'll be responsible for resolving support requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
