Everyday Health Group is seeking a CRM Manager with Braze expertise to lead automation, segmentation and lifecycle campaigns across channels. You will shape strategy, govern platform use, and partner with Product, Data and Marketing to drive engagement and growth.
A strong analytics mindset and proven campaign delivery are essential. You will design scalable customer journeys, implement new Braze features, and own reporting dashboards to monitor churn, LTV and retention effects.
