Working closely with senior business leaders, technical teams, and key stakeholders, you'll take ownership of projects from initiation through to successful delivery, helping to drive innovation, operational improvement, and best practice across the organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex IT projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced international environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, governance, timelines, budgets, and delivery plans.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, third-party vendors, and delivery partners.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate project workshops, steering committees, governance meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Provide regular project reporting, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Oversee project handover into business-as-usual support, ensuring smooth operational transition.
  • Produce and maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, implementation plans, and lessons learned.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end IT projects within complex business environments.
  • Strong background managing technology, infrastructure, software, cloud, digital transformation, or business systems projects.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across the full project lifecycle.
  • Good understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, with the ability to apply the appropriate approach.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Azure Dev Ops, (url removed), or similar.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and business applications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
