Service Desk Engineer

We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, PE-backed Managed Service Provider (MSP) with a cloud-first approach and a genuine commitment to doing IT support properly. Based full-time in Maidenhead, this role offers real variety, splitting your time between service desk support and hands-on project delivery.

• Providing 1st and 2nd line support to a varied client base
• Delivering projects both remotely and on site at client locations
• Managing and resolving tickets in line with SLAs
• Building, deploying, and maintaining systems for clients
• Supporting end users with clear, professional communication throughout

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support or MSP environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Intune, and Entra
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server 2012+ and Windows
  10+
• Understanding of networking fundamentals - DNS, DHCP, email routing
• Understanding of networking technologies including routers and switches
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to prioritise a varied workload independently
