We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to join a large SAP Success Factors implementation programme. The successful candidate will define the integration strategy, architecture standards, API framework, and technical governance across SAP and third-party applications.

• Lead technical integration design workshops.
• Define overall integration strategy, architecture and governance framework and prepare implementation roadmap.
• Lead integration design workshops and prepare interface specifications, mapping documents, technical design and integration architecture.
• Design and implement integrations using SAP Cloud Integration (SAP Integration Suite/ CPI) Integration Centre, OData APIs, SOAP APIs, Success Factors Employee APIs, SFTP, middleware platforms and event-based integration patterns.
• Design integrations between SAP Success Factors, SAP S/4
  
  HANA, Payroll, Azure AD, Concur, and third-party applications.
• Define API standards, integration patterns, and security architecture.
• Review technical specifications and integration designs.
• Support Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare.
• Manage integration related risks, dependencies, issues and Change requests and support production releases and continuous service improvement.
• Ensure scalability, security, monitoring, and performance of integrations.
• Mentor technical consultants and developers.

• 10+ years of SAP Integration experience.

• Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

• Previous experience delivering SAP Success Factors Integrations or HR implementation programmes is highly preferred.
• Experience integrating Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, SAP Concur, and Microsoft technologies.
