Position Overview & Responsibilities As Finance Manager, Global A2R Strategy, you will work at the intersection of finance process transformation, automation, and data-enabled innovation to modernize Account to Report (A2R) Process Areas. You will lead initiatives across the transformation lifecycle—from defining business problems and crafting future-state solutions through deployment, adoption, and benefits realization. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of finance stakeholder needs, the ability to translate data into actionable insights, and a dedication to advancing simplified, standardized, and automated processes.

Major Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of targeted A2R processes, applying process excellence methods to simplify and standardize ways of working and strengthen controls.

Analyze complex datasets in the context of A2R financial processes to identify root causes, quantify business impact, and prioritize opportunities for improvement.

Translate business and stakeholder needs into scalable process, data, automation, and technology requirements.

Partner with technology, data, architecture, and data science teams to evaluate solution options and deliver governed, fit-for-purpose capabilities.

Identify and deliver automation opportunities that reduce manual effort, improve cycle times, and increase data quality across A2R activities.

Manage cross-functional integration points and dependencies across A2R, Signi Fi releases, and adjacent work streams to support smooth deployment and business continuity.

Establish governance and performance monitoring—including KPIs, controls, and issue triage—to sustain process adherence and ensure solutions meet policy, compliance, and audit expectations.

Lead change management and enablement so stakeholders are prepared to implement future-state processes and adopt new capabilities.
