Housing Solutions is seeking an Estate Services Clearance and Support Operative to join our Asset Management Operations team. This hands-on role helps keep homes, estates and communal areas safe, clean and well maintained for residents.
You will clear void properties, remove dumped rubbish and support void cleans, while helping maintain safe communal areas and reporting tasks using handheld devices in line with health and safety procedures. A full driving licence is essential.
