Housing Quality Network is seeking a Community Maintenance Team member to join our Estate Services team, delivering caretaking and cleaning across housing estates and communal areas. This is a hands-on role aimed at keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, customers and visitors.
You will carry out routine inspections, report defects, complete minor repairs where required, respond to maintenance issues and support the wider team in delivering an efficient estate service.
