Estate Services Clearance and Support Operative

We are looking for an Estate Services Clearance and Support Operative to join our Asset Management Operations team. This is a practical, hands-on role helping to keep our homes, estates and communal areas safe, clean and well maintained for our residents.

You will be responsible for clearing void properties, removing dumped rubbish and supporting void cleans when required. You will also help maintain safe communal areas by removing items identified for clearance, cleaning bin stores, disposing of waste safely and supporting colleagues across grounds maintenance and caretaking when needed.

The role involves working closely with the Estates and Voids Service Lead, Estate Services Team Leader and wider teams, using handheld devices to report daily tasks accurately and ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements, risk assessments and Housing Solutions procedures.
