Housing Quality Network is seeking a Deep Clean / Damp and Mould Operative to work across occupied homes, void properties, and communal areas, addressing damp, mould, and insulation issues through deep cleaning, minor repairs, and general maintenance.
You will collaborate with the in-house trades team to respond to damp/mould reports, inspect insulation in loft spaces, diagnose causes of damp, and perform cleaning and painting tasks while maintaining high health and safety standards.
