Account Director

We're partnering with a leading experiential agency looking for an Account Director to oversee high-profile retail and consumer activation campaigns for major FMCG and beauty brands.

This role suits someone who thrives on making campaigns happen, managing projects from initial brief through to successful delivery in-store and in the field.

• Lead experiential, retail activation and sampling campaigns.
• Manage key client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and operational partners.
• Own project delivery, budgets and timelines.
• Present proposals, campaign updates and results.
• Support and develop junior team members.
• Drive growth within existing client accounts.

• Agency background within experiential, shopper marketing or brand activation.
• Experience working with FMCG, grocery, beauty or health brands.
• Strong understanding of retail and consumer environments.
• Proven track record delivering live campaigns and activations.
• Commercially minded with budget management experience.
• Excellent client-facing and project management skills.
