Achieving for Children in Maidenhead is launching a new in-house supported housing project for 20 care leavers, operating from October 2026. The role leads the HOST team, ensuring safe, trauma-informed home environments and high-quality support to help young people move toward independent living.
You will supervise staff, manage referrals, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards, while working a flexible shift pattern.
