Job Overview

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll help deliver essential services to the community in a fast‑moving Co‑op store, including roles in the post office, bakery, or online order pick‑and‑pack. You will support store operations, maintain shelves, and promote Co‑op membership to create a great shopping experience.

• Support day‑to‑day store operations by delivering friendly and thoughtful service and correcting issues as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, contributing to daily operations.
• Help maintain store performance by keeping shelves stocked, checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy.
• Promote Co‑op Membership and support local community initiatives.

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service.
• The ability to work as part of a team and flexibly across a range of shifts.
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least two evening shifts and one weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, any Saturday shift, or any Sunday shift).
