Maidenhead (Office Based). Full‑time, Permanent. Salary £30k‑34k + commission OTE £15k uncapped.

• Drive new business by booking meetings for field‑based BDMs in London and the Southeast.
• Cold call and prospect new potential clients through Linked In and other platforms.
• Set up appointments for BDMs to meet potential customers.
• Track week‑on‑week progress to hit meeting targets.
• Support tender opportunities and compile documentation and presentations.
• Assist in generating quotations, keep CRM database accurate, serve as first point of contact for regional sales queries.
• Support other colleagues across MCFT.

• Proven success in a similar role with a focus on booking meetings and driving new business.
• Energetic, target‑driven, self‑starter with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Comfortable with cold calling, presenting over the phone, and building rapport quickly.
• Ability to handle objections and challenging situations.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with company procedures.
• Experience working with IT programs and CRM systems is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in telesales.
• Live within commutable distance of Maidenhead.
