What you'll be doing Working a steady pipeline of warm, pre-qualified referrals by phone, no cold outreach Running fast-paced, consultative sales conversations aimed at a one-call close Building trust and credibility with decision makers over the phone Managing the full sales cycle by phone and email only, no site visits, no meetings Hitting and exceeding targets as part of a high performing outbound sales team Delivering a first-class customer experience at speed What you'll bring 2 years' experience in telephone-based sales (not field, face-to-face or retail) A track record of closing new business in one or two calls Experience working warm or referral-based leads Strong objection-handling, rapport-building and telephone communication skills Solid pipeline management and organisational skills A stable career history showing progression and results Backgrounds that tend to thrive here:
