Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales for a premium health and wellness group. Approximately 70% of the role involves phone-based outreach to prospective members within an office environment, while 30% involves showcasing clubs and inspiring prospective members. The role requires achieving sales targets both individually and as part of a team, and onboarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service.

The position includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

• Conduct phone-based sales outreach to prospective members within an office environment.
• Inspire prospective members and communicate the company’s DL values.
• Showcase the company’s clubs to prospective members.
• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Contribute to achieving team sales targets.
• Onboard new members.
• Ensure new members receive a premium after-care service.

• Previous experience in a sales environment (desirable but not essential).
