• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for clients.
• Support with personal and corporate tax returns.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members to support their professional development.
• Review and finalise work completed by junior staff to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to clients on accounting and tax matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the department.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated services to clients.

• Professional qualifications in accounting (AAT, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Experience managing audit and accounting assignments within the professional services industry.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive approach to managing workloads and meeting deadlines.

• Competitive salary in the range of £35,000 to £45,000, based on experience.
