Ambition is working with one of the most respected firms in the region to recruit Audit Seniors for their growing audit team. This role is ideal for a recently qualified auditor who wants to develop their experience and progress in a supportive environment.

You will work on a varied client portfolio, including corporate, listed, and owner-managed businesses across multiple sectors. The role involves working closely with Managers, Directors, and Partners in a collaborative team setting.

• Act as the first point of contact for clients on day-to-day matters.
• Assist in planning, execution, and completion of audits for manager or partner review.
• Lead and coach junior team members during fieldwork.
• Prepare high-quality audit work and reporting, highlighting issues and proposing solutions.
• Monitor progress against budgets and address variances.
• Identify areas for improvement in client processes and prepare Audit Findings Reports.
• Support business development by identifying additional service opportunities.

• ACA / ACCA / CA qualification or equivalent
• Experience leading audits from planning to completion in the UK
