- Overall responsibility for purchase and sales ledger, payroll and financial reviews. Purchase Ledger - process invoices daily, matching to PO's uploading to the system and correct nominal codes Process the monthly payment run Dealing with supplier queries and requesting copy invoices Reconcile and process expenses Sales Ledger - raise invoices and payment requests Credit control by phone and email The ideal person will have a strong accounts background in purchase and sales ledger, with an understanding of payroll administration, first-rate systems skills and strong Excel.
