Trainee Accountant

the role The Trainee Accountant will support a diverse client base including owner-managed businesses, and High Net Worth Individuals. Key responsibilities will include:

• Bookkeeping support across a client portfolio
• Monitoring preparation and filing of VAT returns
• Preparing management accounts, budgets, forecasts and statutory accounts (plus supporting tax computations)
• Preparing personal and corporate tax returns
• Supporting payroll tasks from time to time
• Companies House compliance, including Annual Confirmation Statements
