The Role:

As an Accounts Technician / Accounts Senior in the Business Services team, you will play a pivotal role in producing client accounts, delivering high-quality services, and producing high quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing year-end accounts for a variety of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.

Assisting with the preparation of management accounts

Supporting junior staff with training and development.

Liaising directly with clients to ensure smooth communication and problem-solving.

Working closely with senior managers and partners on client advisory projects.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards.

The Ideal Candidate :

AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACA (or equivalent).Proven experience in an accountancy practice environment.

Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, Quick Books, or Sage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
