TPF Recruitment Kents leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is exclusively working with a well-established chartered accountancy practice who are seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join their team in Midn Kent. Our client is known for providing trusted locally driven advice to OMB private equity and listed businesses while fostering strong relationships and delivering forward-thinking solutions.

As an Audit Partner you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in audit while being a key part of the practices leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Responsible Individual (RI) for audit assignments ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Lead and manage audit teams overseeing planning execution and finalisation of audits in line with firm and professional standards.
• Ensure audits are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality.
• Provide strategic guidance on financial reporting and accountancy practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Support client retention and growth by identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Develop and execute strategies for client expansion including cross-selling services generating referrals and networking within the business community.
• Monitor audit and accounts processes to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate any risks associated with client engagements.
• Manage mentor and train colleagues within the Audit & Accounts team providing guidance on technical and professional development.

Audit Partner Mid Kent

• You can be based from most locations in Kent!
• ACA ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Audit Responsible Individual (RI) status.
• Proven experience in audit within a professional services firm.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards.
• Exceptional technical audit and accountancy knowledge.
• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
• Ability to lead motivate and develop a team.

Audit Partner Mid Kent

• Salary circa 100000 - 250000 depending on experience
