Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am‑5:00pm
Salary: £28,000‑£30,000 (DOE)

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Administrator to join a well‑established and fast‑growing organisation based in Dartford. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a varied, fast‑paced environment and is confident supporting senior leaders with day‑to‑day project administration.
You will be joining a small, supportive, and tight‑knit team in a modern office with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing and drafting client quotations
- Creating and issuing job cards
- Drafting, formatting, and submitting tenders
- Labelling and organising floor plans
- Accessing, uploading, and maintaining documents on client portals
- Managing project folders and maintaining accurate records
- General office administration including emails, calls, and filing
- Providing ad‑hoc support to Directors, including joining Teams/Zoom meetings as required
- Raising site access permits
- Arranging couriers and deliveries
- Chasing outstanding purchase orders
- Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day administration of ongoing projects
- Proven experience in an office‑based administrative role (essential)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with in the construction industry (highly advantageous)
- Familiarity with client portals such as Aconex, Project Plus, or Asite (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
