We're looking for a Finance & Administration Coordinator to join a busy and growing organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in finance or banking who wants a varied role combining customer support, financial administration and general office duties, with the potential to secure a permanent position. You'll be responsible for managing enquiries, chasing outstanding information and documentation, updating financial records, and ensuring customers and stakeholders receive a professional service throughout their journey.
- Managing customer and internal email enquiries relating to accounts and finance
- Chasing outstanding information, documentation and payments
- Updating financial records and maintaining accurate data
- Providing administrative support to the finance and wider team
- Liaising with customers, colleagues and external contacts on financial matters
- Managing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Previous experience in finance, banking or a related administrative role is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with numerical data
- A proactive and organised approach
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
