£25k - £42k DOE + Bonus/incentives

Monday – Friday

My client is looking for Vehicle Mechanics to join their growing team. With multiple positions open, they are looking for both experienced level 3 qualified technicians, as well as considering more junior candidates who may only be level 2 qualified.

Duties include:

Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a range of vehicles

Performing MOT tests to the highest safety and compliance standards

Conducting diagnostic fault-finding using the latest tools and technology

Working efficiently to meet workshop targets while maintaining exceptional quality

Providing excellent customer service and representing the business professionally

Any other duties required

The successful candidate will have/be:

Level 3 Vehicle Mechanics qualified (will also consider those who only have a level 2 qualification)

MOT Tester licence (or willingness to gain one)

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Main dealer experience is highly desirable but not essential

A passion for high standards and continuous improvement
